Shannan Restivo
Practice Manager
Shannan joined the BEVC team in 2011. She came to us with a wealth of experience in managing human medical practices and a lifelong love of animals. Her leadership has driven Broadmoor to become even more successful, and increased our ability to provide expanded medical, surgical and emergency services to pets in Cheyenne.
When she isn’t busy making big plans for growing our practice, Shannan enjoys spending time with her husband and children on their ranch with their pack of 5 doodles.
Beth Frans
Operations Manager
Beth joined BEVC in 2017, with a long history in the veterinary world. Since then, she has endeavored to find new ways to improve the client experience at our practice.
Beth lives with her husband and 2 children, along with 3 dogs, 3 cats, bearded dragon, ball python, and tiger salamander. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and live music.
