All Pets Must Be Securely Restrained
For the safety of your pet and all of our patients, clients, and staff, we ask that you keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier at all times while in the lobby, waiting area and parking lot.
All Pets Must Be Current On Vaccinations
Patients are required to be kept up to date on core vaccines such as Distemper/Parvo and Rabies. If you are unsure of your pet’s vaccine status, please ask a staff member for assistance. For your convenience, we will send you a reminder when your pet’s vaccines are nearing their due date via text message, e-mail or postcard.
Payment Is Due At Time Of Service
All charges are due and payable upon check-out. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Scratch Pay, and Care Credit.
