Emergency Services

Your pet’s health and safety are always our top priority. We provide after-hours support and emergency guidance to help you make the best decision for your pet when urgent care is needed.

When Your Pet Needs Emergency Care

If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please call our clinic immediately at (307) 634-2912. Our phone system will connect you with the appropriate support based on the time of day.

On-Call Doctor Availability

We offer on-call veterinary care during the following times:

Monday- Friday
End of Business Hours until 11:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday
24 Hours

(On-call coverage begins Friday at 5:00 PM and continues through Monday at 8:00 AM.)

How After-Hours Support Works

When you call our clinic after hours:

  1. Your call will be answered by our after-hours triage service, staffed by licensed veterinary technicians.
  2. The technician will assess your pet’s symptoms and determine the level of urgency.
  3. Based on your pet’s needs:
    • If emergency care is needed and an on-call doctor is available, you will be connected directly with the on-call doctor
    • If an on-call doctor is not available, you will be directed to a trusted emergency hospital for immediate care
    • If the situation is not urgent, they may advise that it is safe to wait until the clinic reopens

This process ensures that every after-hours call is answered and guided appropriately, so you are never left without support.
