Due to the growing risk of COVID-19 in our community, we are making a few changes in order to help prevent the spread of illness in our clinic. Keeping our staff and doctors healthy enables us to remain open and available to care for sick and injured pets.
In order to protect the health and safety of our clients and our clinic staff, our lobby is closed as of 03/25/2020. We are still open for business, but all of our appointments and transactions will be conducted on a “curbside” basis.
- Curbside Appointments– Call us when you arrive in our parking lot for your pet’s appointment. Our receptionists will take down your pets history, as well as any concerns you have. Then, a staff member will retrieve your pet from the car and the doctor will perform a thorough examination and administer any treatments you request. We will communicate their findings and address your questions and concerns by phone after the exam.
- We are also offering a curbside pick-up service for prescription refills and prescription food. Call ahead to place your order, and pay by phone with a credit card. Then, call us when you arrive and our staff will bring your pet’s food or mediation to your car. (For cash or check payments, please have them ready when you arrive)
During this time, we do request that any clients that are exhibiting symptoms (fever, cough, etc) refrain from coming in, and instead either have a friend/family member bring their pet or reschedule the appointment.
